The Center is staffed with a director, superintendent in residence, administrative secretary, and one graduate assistant. Additionally, administrative support is provided by thirty-four principals (lead mentors) from service area schools. The Center faculty consists of four University of Memphis Leadership Department professors and select personnel (mentors) from service area schools. In addition, nationally known professionals are invited to address various aspects of the curriculum.
