Committed to the development of educational leaders, the department offers a Master of Science (M.S.) in Leadership and Policy Studies with a concentration in Leadership.

The program is designed to develop the skills, attitudes, and knowledge necessary to function effectively as a leader in settings outside K-12 schools. The Leadership concentration is a highly individualized program designed for persons who seek positions in settings such as colleges and universities, community organizations, health and governmental agencies, or corporate training divisions of business and industry.

The Program of Studies provides an overview of required coursework for completion of the degree. Many students in our program have already established successful careers. Therefore, classes are scheduled in the evenings and on weekends to meet the needs of the working adult.
