Claudia Fowler, RSG Consultant

Claudia goes to RSG centers and observes the classroom according to the NAEYC Standards. She also provides training to the teachers in the classroom to help the center in receiving NAEYC Accreditation.

Education: Bachelor of Science, Temple University, Early Childhood/Elementary Education

Work Experience: Laboratory School Director, Corporate Center Director, Instructor, Educational Consultant

MSED, Curriculum and Instruction

Hobbies: Environmental Photography, Creative Sewing, Charcoal Drawing, Storytelling, Travel and Dining Out.


Lovie Jacocks, RSG Consultant

Lovie goes to RSG Centers to observe the classroom according to the NAEYC Standards. She also provides training to the teachers in the classroom to help the center in receiving NAEYC Accreditation.

Education: Bachelors of Education, Tennessee State University, Elementary Education   

Work Experience: Instructor/Field Advisor, Workshop Instructor, Curriculum Coordinator, Instructional Aide


Patty Dickson, RSG Consultant

Pat goes to RSG Centers to observe the classroom according to the NAEYC Standards. She also provides training to the teachers in the classroom to help the center in receiving NAEYC Accreditation.

Education: Bachelors of Education, University of Mississippi, Early Childhood Education

Work Experience: Preschool Teacher, Director

Hobbies: Reading, Gardening, and Pontooning. Enjoys spending time with her family, husband David Dickson of 44 years, 2 children Amy & Clay, and 2 grandchildren, Sofia & Viviana.


Nancy Jones, RSG Consultant

Nancy goes to RSG Centers to observe the classroom according to the NAEYC Standards. She also provides training to the teachers in the classroom to help the center in receiving NAEYC Accreditation.  (She has  helped to  mentor  a number of teachers in the preparation of their portfolios.)

Education: M.S. in Education with emphasis on Early Childhood Ed; B.S. in Home Economics: Child Development, and a Summer Study of Psychology at Oxford, Eng.

Work Experience:  Former Head of Dept. of Ed., E.C.E., and P.E. at Southwest TN Community College for 8 years, E.C.E. Faculty there for 26 years, during which time she was Director of TECTA, TNCEPT, and Delta Child Care Resource and Referral Center; Lab School Preschool/Kindergarten Teacher at U of M for 9 years; Founding Director of Temple Israel's Early Learning Center.  Since the inception of the Accreditation Process, she has served NAEYC as Validator, Mentor, and 2 terms as Commissioner. 

Hobbies:  Creative Art Projects, Writing poetry, Antiques, Music, Cooking, Traveling, and Spending Time with Grandchildren and Family.
