A doctoral student must send via email announcements of his/her final examination at least one full week before the date of that examination. Student will need to email draft for approval to Stormey Warren at shutsell@memphis.edu and Dr. Ernest Rakow at erakow@memphis.edu. A sample is online which will serve as a model for formatting the necessary information. You can obtain The University of Memphis logos at http://memphis.edu/logo/logos.html.

Once it has been approved, email Stormey Warren the final document as an attachment and she will forward it to the entire COE faculty via email. Also at that time, you will need to send 10 paper copies for distribution and posting to:
