Experiential Education will be used as the approach to teaching at the Center for Experiential Education. All the activities and lessons will be based on experiential philosophies and cooperative learning will be the instructional model. Using the Social Constructivist theory as a framework, all tasks will require participants to become active, creative, and social learners. The center will also use Appreciative Inquiry to promote positive psychology. For example, the positive psychology video, which promotes positive image, positive words, and positive emotions, will be used in every training session.
