Dr. Yuhua Li

Dr. Li is an associate professor in the Department of Health and Sport Sciences. She serves as the director of the Motor Learning Lab in the department. Dr. Li is an accomplished graduate of Normal University in Shanghai, China. Her first-hand experiences, personal contact, and fluency in the Chinese language are invaluable to the study abroad trip. |

Dr. Roach spent a semester in Belize as a Fulbright Scholar teaching Nutrition at the Belize School of Nursing and working on a collaborative research project with the Pan American Health Organization She directed the Nutrition Study Tours to Belize in 1998, 2000, 2002, 2005, and 2007. Her interests in public health nutrition include alternative and complementary nutrition and world hunger issues. |
